A delicious oil free condiment that compliments any dish! Tangy and spicy… and simple to make!
- 10 birdseye green chillies
- 2 small brown English onions (roughly chopped)
- 1 cups fresh mint leaves
- 50 ml malt vinegar
- 10 seedless grapes (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- Add all ingredients to a mini chopper and chop until the desired texture is achieved.
- Store in a fridge in a glass jar.
